Orders may only be cancelled before processing, packing, or dispatch.
Once an order has been prepared, harvested, or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Requests for cancellation must be made as soon as possible through our customer support team.
Returns
Due to the nature of fresh and perishable goods:
We do not accept returns once products have been delivered.
Customers are advised to inspect the order upon delivery.
Refunds & Replacements
