Service availability may vary depending on location and operational capacity. Customers will be informed at checkout if delivery is not available to their area.

Delivery Schedule

• Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be delivered on the next day.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered on the day after the next day (within two days).

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery is available for orders of AED 50 or above.
• Orders below AED 50 will incur a delivery fee of AED 15.

If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or re-scheduled, and additional charges may apply.

Freshness & Quality

We take utmost care to ensure that all products are delivered fresh and in excellent condition.

If you receive:

• Damaged items
• Incorrect products
• Quality-related concerns

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs, for review and resolution.

Delays in Delivery

While we aim to deliver within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
